Today i decided to make Tofu at home!! (Now you have to be autonomous in preparing everything at home with this problem of the covid19 virus) the important thing is to be able to find good soy milk and also a Nigari (derived from the Japanese word for “bitter” is a white powder produced from seawater after the sodium chloride has been removed, and the water evaporated)
Just mix soy milk with nigari, I usually use 400ml of soy milk and half tablespoon of nigari, I put all the mixture in one terrine mold cover with plastic rap and in steamer for about 8-9 minute and done (you will see that the milk hardens like a pudding)
I like to eat it with a good olive oil and sea salt!!
