Italyeria is my new delivery service in Japan. The idea is simple: bring the emotion of the restaurant to your table. We prepare each dish as we would in our kitchens; you add the last small step at home, and the aroma of the oven and the steam of the pasta do the rest.
One of my strongest dreams is to deliver my food to every home in the world. Italyeria is the first step.

Casa Cuomo
Neapolitan pizza
About two years of development. Spelt flour, dough fermented and matured slowly, 100% buffalo mozzarella, selected tomatoes and basil. Baked, then frozen at once to keep texture and aroma. Margherita, Marinara, Diavola, four cheeses, truffle, Italian sausage with smoked cheese.

Pasta & sauces
Rummo spaghetti and spaghettini, with our Bolognese, Genovese and Arrabbiata sauces.
Pantry
Oils, mustards, jam, ham
Chili oil, sweet and spicy mustard, Amaou strawberry jam made with fruit and sugar only, and cured ham made with pork, salt and time.

Water & tea
San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna and saffron lemongrass tea.

From January we officially start delivery to every part of Japan.
