Chef Chele Gonzales

Who does not know the name of this chef in the Philippines: Chele Gonzales, I say Philippine but in reality he is a International famous chef also to be one on the list of the Best50 in Asia.

he is not only a very good chef but he is also a friend of mine and I assure you he is an exquisite person. This time I visiting his restaurant with my Philippines business partner.

The start!
The Takoyaki
My preferred in this restaurant is the Fermantation Room
At Table
The Tuna belly
Crispy Tomato
Shrimp & Truffle
The Pulipo (Chele History)
The Spanish Iberico pork
The Sorbetto
The Snake River Wagyu Beef
Nata de Coco
Choccolate (is served with cocoa vinegar, I suggest to add the vinegar after you try a two bite)
Then finally the cheese cake!

If you have your reservation in this restaurant take your time because for this experience take few hours. I absolutely recommend this restaurant also to all chef to have a different culinary experience.

Next stage is to be with chef Chele in Japan!!!! Buon Appetito!
